Customized Orders:

Certain dimensions of each of our pieces can be customized. Please call to discuss your custom orders. All custom orders need to be paid in advance of production and are non-refundable.

Handcrafted Work:

Each piece of Winter Drew Design metal work is hot forged and hand crafted. While each piece starts with the same collection drawing, the process of blacksmithing will result in characteristics that will be unique to each piece and not exact to the drawing or the Artist Proof photograph that is depicted on the Collections web-page.

Patinas:

Patinas are a chemical interaction with the metal. Therefore, color variations are natural and to be expected. No two Patina applications are exactly the same as the Artist Proof photograph that is depicted on the Collections web-page.

Order fulfillment:

In-Stock will be shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed.
If an item is Back-Ordered, you will be sent a delivery date and confirmation before payment is processed and the piece is shipped.

Shipping: We typically ship via FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimension and ZIP code and are direct FedEx costs. Packaging and handling are included in the product prices.

Guarantee: Your satisfaction as a customer of Winter Drew Design is of the utmost imporance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, you may return the item with our advance authorization which can be obtained by phone. With certain exceptions, we will give a full credit for merchandise returned, unused and in good condition, within 15 days of the original ship date. Merchandise returned without our advance approval and/or that is obviously used or no longer in good condition will not be accepted. Return shipping must be prepaid by shipper, our advance approval for returns should be obtained before paying for shipping.
